Teaching & Vocal Coaching

Voice lessons in Limassol,
at every level.

Andreas teaches voice at two Cypriot universities, gives private singing lessons in his Limassol studio, and leads Vocal Excellence each summer. His students range from beginners taking their first lessons to young artists preparing conservatoire auditions. All are taught by someone who still walks onto the stage himself.

Approach

How he works

Technique first, because freedom depends on it. Lessons are built on healthy, sustainable vocal production: breath, resonance, and alignment before repertoire tricks. The voice is an instrument its owner carries for life, and it should still work beautifully decades from now.

Taught by a working performer. Audition rooms, orchestra rehearsals, and recital programmes are recent memory for Andreas, not distant history. What he teaches is what he uses, on the same stages his students aspire to.

Honest preparation. For students aiming at conservatoires and universities, lessons address what audition panels actually listen for: repertoire choices, languages, musicianship, and nerves. That knowledge comes from his own path through Juilliard’s audition process, and it is kept current every year by his ongoing work with university voice students.

The whole musician. Interpretation, stagecraft, and vocal health matter as much as the notes. Students learn to think about text and character, to practise intelligently, and to protect their instrument.

Students

Who lessons are for

  • Beginners of any age taking their first steps in classical or musical-theatre singing
  • School-age singers building technique and confidence
  • Students preparing university, conservatoire, and drama-school auditions
  • University voice students seeking additional coaching
  • Working performers refining repertoire and technique

Lessons are taught in English or Greek, in the Limassol studio or online. Rates are available on request. Reaching out costs nothing, and there’s no obligation.

A specific offer

Audition & repertoire consultation

Start with the free audition preparation guide, and bring what it cannot answer to a consultation.

Not an ongoing lesson. A single, focused session for one specific decision: what to sing, for which audition, and why. Andreas listens, discusses where the voice actually is right now, and works through repertoire choices and audition-list strategy the way he once had to work through his own, preparing for Juilliard.

  • Choosing between conservatoires, universities, or drama schools
  • Building an audition list under a real deadline
  • A second, outside opinion before a decision gets made

Usually a single session, in the Limassol studio or online.

For institutions

Masterclasses & guest teaching.

For schools, universities, festivals, and choirs, Andreas is available for masterclasses and workshops on vocal technique, audition preparation, and performance, and for competition juries, having served on the panel of the Pancyprian “Young Orpheus” competition.
