Privacy notice

If you send an enquiry. The name, email address, enquiry type, and message you submit are used for one purpose: to answer you. The form is handled entirely within this site's own hosting (Cloudflare) and delivered to Andreas by email via Resend, a transactional email provider covered by a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses, and certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; it is the only third-party service used to send you enquiries. From there, your message arrives in Andreas's own Gmail inbox, like any other email he receives, under Google's own privacy policy. Your details are never sold, shared further, or added to any marketing list. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and Andreas periodically clears older messages from his inbox. Ask at any time for your enquiry to be deleted, and it will be. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send us.

Cookies. This site sets none. There is no advertising network, no social pixel, and no cross-site tracking — which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Fonts and images. Everything the site needs is served from this domain. No web fonts or images are fetched from third-party servers, so simply reading these pages does not reveal your visit to anyone else.

Spam check. The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, an automated check that tells human visitors apart from spam bots. It loads automatically when you open the page and may briefly exchange technical signals (not the contents of your message) with Cloudflare's own servers as part of that check. It sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile of you — see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how Turnstile itself works.

Videos. Performance videos on the Media page are hosted by YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play on a specific video — at which point YouTube receives the request and applies its own privacy policy. Players use the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits tracking. If you never press play, YouTube is never contacted.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. That is Cloudflare's processing, described in their own privacy documentation.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its use. For anything on this site that means emailing Andreas — there is no other database to search. If you believe your data has been mishandled you may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Under-18s. Enquiries about lessons or the Vocal Excellence programme for a student under 18 should come from a parent or guardian. The Vocal Excellence programme publishes its own safeguarding policy.
